The challenge

Sable had a great product and a loyal customer base but a brand and website that didn't reflect either. Their visual identity was generic, their messaging was unclear, and their site loaded slowly with no clear conversion path. They were losing customers the moment they landed.

The solution

We ran a brand strategy workshop to crystallize their positioning — premium minimalism for the considered consumer. From there, we designed a complete identity system: new logo mark, refined color palette, custom typeface pairing, and brand guidelines for every channel. Simultaneously, we rebuilt the site in Next.js with conversion architecture from day one: clear hierarchy, fast product pages, and an optimized checkout flow.
